At General Home Medical Supply (GHMS), we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Refund & Return Policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Condition: Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@ghmsrx.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  3. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any free gifts received.
  4. Label the Package: Clearly write the RAN on the package and send it to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product for a different size or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for safety and hygiene reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Personal care items (e.g., braces, supports, etc.)
  • Opened or used medical supplies
  • Custom or special-order items

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
