GHMS Shipping Information

We offer FREE Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
We offer FREE International Shipping on all Canada merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes).
All orders are shipped from the U.S. and transacted in U.S. dollars.

Pre-order and back-orderen items

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. We cannot split or combine any orders. Shipping costs + deslivery times

Orders must be placed by 12pm PST Monday – Friday to start processing on the same day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday and Friday. GeneralHomeMedicalSupply.com offers FREE Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $35 and over (excluding taxes). Orders $35 and over always ship Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping for free—no promotion code needed. For shipments totaling less than $35, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for Standard 3 Day Ground Shipping. Our standard shipping option is Standard 3 Day Shipping.

International shipping (Currently Not Shipping Overseas)

We ship international orders through DHL Express and DHL eCommerce. GeneralHomeMedicalSupply.com offers $9.95 flat rate shipping for orders $50 and above. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. For your convenience, the shipping costs provided included all import duties, taxes and applicable fees.

All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on GeneralHomeMedicalSupply.com, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact GHMS Customer Service to track your order.
